📝 Tips for All Users

  • Add to Contacts: Adding the sender’s email to your contacts can reduce the chances of spam filtering.
  • Check Spam/Junk Folder: Mark messages as “Not Spam” or “Move to Inbox” when found incorrectly filtered.
  • Use Domain-Based Filters: If your email campaigns come from multiple senders, whitelist the domain ([email protected]) instead of a specific address.

If you can’t find “Contacts” or “Address Book,” check under PeopleDirectory, or Apps in your provider’s dashboard.

Adding someone to your contacts list helps prevent their messages from landing in spam or junk folders.

For best results, whitelist the sender’s email (see the previous guide).
